This course will guide you through the following “lessons.” Each must be completed in order to submit for Elite Certification.

• Provide your personal contact information
• Research and submit information about your community’s baby-friendly facilities and lactation consultants.
• Identify and submit the requested list of community resources
• Provide three client evaluations
• Submit three client questionnaires
• Submit a client reference
• Submit a personal reference
• Provide a copy of your current CPR certification
